Vintage 2017. Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah,
A rustic and well-structured red wine (it is matured for about 1 year in barrique oak barrels made of Romanian and French wood), creamy and velvety, with intense aromas of ripe red fruits, with delicate notes of leather and dark chocolate, pleasantly woody and lightly smoked. It has well-structured tannins and a long and succulent finish.
It can be consumed now or it can be aged in the bottle for a minimum of 10-12 years from the harvest year.
Recommended to be served at a temperature of 20-22°C in large stemmed Bordeaux wine glasses.
It is smoother and richer in flavors when it is aerated in a wide decanter about 30-40 minutes before serving.

Aged beef, mutton or grilled pork with BBQ sauce, richly spiced butcher's sausages, venison garnished with forest mushrooms, pizza, noble mold cheeses. It is also a good partner for robust cigars with intense flavors: Churchill, Lonsdale or Double Corona.
