Merlot de Purcari is like velvet – a soft touch combined with complex structure.
The ruby red color is characterized by fine flavors of red fruits. Velvety taste with a pleasant astringency and shades of oak, mulberry, and rose accentuate the long-lasting aftertaste.
 
Made from grapes harvested and selected by hand, produced using traditional methods. Aged for 6 months in French oak barrique.
 
Can be served with smoked duck breast, turkey or veal schnitzel, pork steak, prosciutto snacks, grilled vegetables, smoked tofu.
 
Recommended serving temperature: 18 - 20 °С.
