Blend of Merlot 70%, Rara neagra 30%
Dark garnet in color, with the fragrance of black fruits, plums and blackberries.
Intense and complex taste. With velvety tannins, lactic notes resulting from malolactic fermentation in wood, but also well-marked dried fruits.
The grapes are harvested by hand. Then, maceration takes place in open wooden pots, without temperature control, and with the help of native yeasts. The wine is then stored in stainless steel tanks until the end of the assembly.
 Perfect for grilled meat, spicy sauces, cold cuts and hard cheeses.
