CHOCOLATE SWEET wine box of 6 bottles

Unforgetable blend of Fetească Neagră, Merlot and Shiraz. A real treat for the senses and lead the taster to intense aromas of bitter chocolate and cocoa. To achieve these sensations, the winemaker of the winery, Marin Ion, used overcooked grapes and special types of barrels (oak barrels) to mature the wine for the period of 6 months.
Ruby red, dense and lively when turning in a glass, which denotes an above-average body size. In the nose, the taster is greeted by compact sensations of bitter cocoa and creamy chocolate, in addition to red fruits that seem to come out of alcohol, such as blueberries and cherries. Spicy sensations of nutmeg and cloves, next to a ground black pepper. Taste tempts us with a sweetness typical of a bitter chocolate bar, next to which small waves of soft and discreet tannins flow subtly. Silky and balanced at the end with a long aftertaste.
 
Best paired with desserts in which you can find aromas similar to sweet wine, desserts made of dark chocolate, the classic brownie and the delicate Sacher torte.
