ALB de GITANA (dry) box of 6 bottles

Dry white wine made from a blend of Chardonnay, Fetească Regală and Rhine Riesling. Green-yellow color. Very refreshing, elegant and delicate with intense floral and fruity aromas of wild flowers and peach, nicely rounded off at the end by aromas of acacia honey. Fresh and elegant taste, yet with structure and balance, in perfect harmony with the aromas in the nose. 
The grapes collected were de-stemmed, after which the cryomaceration technique was applied (cold, pre-fermentation method (6 hours at 2°C) to obtain maximum aromas). After clearing, the must was subjected to an alcoholic fermentation supervised at a controlled temperature of 11 ° C and with the help of selected yeasts. The wine was aged in stainless steel vessels with the application of the batonage technique. 
 
Pairs with light dishes: salads and vegetarian dishes, white meat or grilled fish.
