CHOCOLATE DARK wine (semi-dry) box of 6 bottles

Incredible blend of Fetească Neagră, Merlot and Shiraz. A real treat for the senses that lead the taster to intense aromas of bitter chocolate and cocoa. To achieve these sensations, the winemaker of the winery, Marin Ion, used overcooked grapes and special types of oak barrels to mature the wine for the period of 6 months.
Intense and compact ruby ​​red, with a splendid structure when rotated in the glass. Olfactory, the taster is greeted by notes of red fruit overcooked or even presented in jam, where the smoky sensations stand out in a note of bitter chocolate. Thanks to the barrels used with oenologist mastery, the chocolate sensation is transmitted on the palate, with tender sweet-bitter notes. Balanced on the aftertaste and with a long and silky finish.
 
Recommended with game dishes with fruit and cocoa sauces, cheeses with blue mold.
