Prices
All current prices listed on the website www.vinsroumains.com are valid and binding. It is entirely EXPANDION Sarl´s decision either to make any temporary or permanent changes in the current price list and to determine conditions and the length of the period for the changes (for example special discounts, tasting prices, promotions etc.) and may be also announced on the Facebook page "Romanian wines in Luxembourg".
In case of purchasing individual bottles of products that are not indicated to be sold by bottle, the retail supplement amounts to 3 EUR per bottle.
Orders
Orders must be made in written, either by following the ordering process on the company website www.vinsroumains.com or by email: contact@vinsroumains.com. Orders submitted via email must include name and surname of the customer, company name (if applicable), invoice address and delivery address (if vary), contact phone number, names and quantities of wines (number of boxes of each product), preferred delivery time. Orders must always refer to number of full boxes of each product. The minimum order amounts to 1 box of 6 bottles.
Any modifications or cancellations of submitted orders can be made at the latest 24 hours before agreed delivery time, in written form sent to the address: contact@vinsroumains.com or by sms sent to the nr +352 691 706 529, otherwise the customers agrees to be charged with the delivery fee of 20 EUR, which will have to be paid in cash at the originally agreed delivery time.
By submitting an order the customer declares being above the minimum legally required age entitling to buying alcohol in Luxembourg. In case of doubts, EXPANDION Sarl has the right to get a proof/ask for ID to verify the age of the customer and to refuse selling alcohol, if the customer is below the required minimum age.
Payments
Orders are paid to EXPANDION Sarl either by selected credit cards/cash at the delivery or by bank transfer within 7 days from receiving an invoice. Payments by credit card are secured through the transaction company Six Payment Services (Europe) SA, thus EXPANDION Sarl has no access to credit card numbers of their customers during the whole payment process. Accepted cards: Visa/Visa Electron, V Pay, Mastercard, Maestro.
Orders that are to be picked up by the customer from our warehouse at Z.A. Ecoparc Windhof, 22, rue de l’Industrie, L-8399 WINDHOF, must be paid by card or cash at the time of pick up.
Delivery
The delivery time may vary from 1 to 5 working days (date and time to be agreed between EXPANDION Sarl and the customer).
Delivery fees :
- within Luxembourg city - free delivery (doesn´t apply to the products sold by bottle)
- pick ups from the warehouse at Z.A. Ecoparc Windhof; building W22; 22, rue de l’Industrie, L-8399 WINDHOF, Luxembourg - free, RDV required
- orders above 200 EUR within Luxembourg country - free delivery
- orders of 200 EUR and below, to be delivered outside of Luxembourg city - 25 EUR
Orders will be delivered in original packages (carton boxes of 6 or 4 bottles of 1500ml, 750ml, 500ml or 375ml as indicated in the product´s description).
We don´t deliver single bottles. It is not possible to get a delivery in other countries, than Luxembourg.
Return policy
No returns of delivered/picked up products are accepted and no refunds will be made. Exchange is possible to another type of wine at either the same or higher price- subject to availability. Any difference in price must be covered by the customer on spot. Customer who wishes to exchange any of the bought wines, must send a message to contact@vinsroumains.com within 3 calendar days from the date of receiving the product, detailing the requested exchange. EXPANDION Sarl and customer need to agree on the date, content and time of exchange. Customer brings the wine that is to be exchanged to our warehouse at own cost. Only unopened, full boxes of wine can be exchanged. No exchanges of products sold by bottle are accepted.
Final note
By submitting an order customer accepts the above terms and conditions.
