A very unique, perfect blend of Fetească Neagră & Negru de Drăgășani & Novac.
The wine is produced and bottled in the Starmina Winery. The complexity of the production process is evident from the moment of vinification, it is done separately for each variety. Even the maturation time in barriques differs from one variety to another (2-6 months), and after assembling the wines into a unique blend, the wine is bottled and stored in the cellar where it goes through a new stage of elevation. 
Nedeea Roşu is an unforgetable wine, ruby with violet hues and aromas of black cherries, berries, prunes and cloves. The taste is full, creamy, strong, with a persistent finish.
 
Enjoyed at a temperature of 16°C, it fits perfectly into the menu of a dinner consisting of lamb cutlet, filet de mignon with baked artichokes or wild boar with game sauce
