The dense structure, the velvety texture, the juiciness and the ensemble of aromas (candied cherries, forest fruits, vanilla, dark chocolate, sweet spices) make this Merlot a reference wine in Romanian oenology for several years. 
 
The intense color and richness of soft tannins were evident from the start, and after spending more than 12 months in oak barrels, the wine took on pronounced aromas of plum, notes of vanilla and caramel. Garnet red color, scarlet reflections, elegant nose of tanned leather, with vanilla and coffee and slightly sweet notes. Lots of ripe red fruit. Aging in French oak, velvety aftertaste, dried fruit, candy. 
 
Ideal with red meat, game, traditional Romanian dishes, well marinated roasted vegetables, spicey dishes, heavy sauces, mature cheeses.
