Blend of Merlot 50% & Cabernet Sauvignon 50%, fresh and endowed with a good aromatic complexity of red fruits (cherries, strawberries). Prince Mircea Rose d'Excellence benefits from a gustatory structure in which the obvious vinosity is happily complemented by a tonic nuance on the finish. 
 
Perfect with salmon starters, red roe or quiches, poultry rolls with cheese sauce, roast beef salads, but also with negetarian dishes and other snacks.
