Feteasca Neagra Prahova Valley (semi-dry) box of 6 bottles

Hand harvested at full maturity; grapes carefully selected, de-stemmed, gently crushed. Fermented at controlled temperature 24-25 °C. After minimum 6 month maturation in oak barrels, ageing in bottles.
Semi dry wine which is rich in colour and body, displaying aromas of vine leaf and freshly-baked bread, complemented by intense smoked plum and vanilla, a solid structure and spicy flavours that linger in a long finish.

A perfect partner for pasta, red meat dishes and fine cheeses.

Serving temperature: 16-18˚C
