Cabernet Sauvignon Bugeac TOMAI (box of 6 bottles)
Tomai is a village located in the Bugeac steppe, south of the Republic of Moldova. Local winegrowers and winemakers have been producing typical for that region grapes and wines, under the name of Tomai winery, since 1903. This wine is produced according to the traditional technology, from the Cabernet Sauvignon grape variety, grown on own plantations. Aged 18 months in French oak barrels. The color is dark red, aroma is varietal, bright, saturated with tones of violets, nightshade and red fruits. The taste is full, velvety and harmonious with the tones of aging.
Decanter time: min. 45 minutes
Aging potential: 10-12 years
Best served with red meat, steaks. pasta dishes and matured cheeses.
Serving temperature: 18-20˚C
